Teaching a Quarterly class or two to community members in food allergic specialties- Always Gluten-free then covering the gamut of alternative diets from Autoimmune to Vegan. Typically also teaches a teen series in the summer.

Naturopathic Physician-Layton Layton Health Clinic
Specializing in celiac disease and gluten intolerance, Dr. Layton sees patients from infants to elders, Much of Dr. Layton's work has now moved online to coach distant clients.
